Dental Implants

A definitive solution for missing teeth, with the look and feel of a natural tooth.

A dental implant is a small titanium screw inserted into the jawbone to replace the root of a missing tooth. Once integrated, it supports a custom-made crown, bridge or denture that looks and feels like a natural tooth.

Implants are recommended when one or more teeth are missing or cannot be saved. They prevent bone loss, restore chewing efficiency and avoid the need to grind down adjacent healthy teeth as would be required for a traditional bridge.

The full process usually takes three to six months. After an initial consultation with CBCT scan and digital planning, the implant is placed under local anesthesia in a session of about an hour. A healing period of two to four months allows osseointegration; the final crown is then crafted and fitted.

At DentalIA we use guided surgery, premium implant systems and digital workflows for highly predictable results. Our implantology team has years of experience with single implants, full-arch rehabilitations and immediate loading protocols when indicated.

Questions visitors often ask
Is implant surgery painful?+

The procedure itself is performed under local anesthesia and is generally not painful. Mild discomfort and swelling for two to three days afterwards are normal and well controlled with standard medication.

How long does an implant last?+

With good hygiene and regular check-ups, modern implants can last decades. Long-term success rates exceed ninety-five percent at ten years.

What if I do not have enough bone?+

We can often regenerate bone through grafting or sinus lift procedures, or use shorter and angled implants when appropriate.

Will I be without a tooth during healing?+

In most cases we provide a temporary solution so you are never without a tooth in the smile area.
