Dental Prosthetics

Crowns, bridges and dentures designed to restore function and confidence.

Dental prosthetics covers all the solutions used to replace damaged or missing teeth, from a single crown to a complete denture. The goal is always the same: restore chewing, speech and aesthetics with a result that feels natural and respects the surrounding biology.

Fixed prosthetics, such as crowns and bridges, are cemented onto natural teeth or implants and stay in place. They are the first choice when we want a stable, indistinguishable replacement of one or more missing teeth. Removable prosthetics, partial or complete, are taken out for cleaning and can be a more accessible option in selected clinical situations.

The process usually requires three to four appointments over two to four weeks. We start with planning and impressions, then prepare the abutment teeth or implants, deliver temporaries and finalize with the definitive prosthesis. Digital scanning has made the experience faster and far more precise.

At DentalIA we work with master dental technicians using zirconia, lithium disilicate ceramics and resin-based materials selected for each clinical context. Our objective is a result that lasts and looks like it belongs in your mouth.

Questions visitors often ask
What is the difference between a crown and a veneer?+

A crown covers the whole tooth and is used when there is significant damage, while a veneer covers only the front surface for aesthetic improvements.

Are zirconia crowns better than ceramic ones?+

It depends on the clinical case. Zirconia is extremely strong and ideal for back teeth, while lithium disilicate often offers superior aesthetics on front teeth.

Will I get used to a denture?+

Most patients adapt within a few weeks. Small adjustments in the first month are normal and we plan them as part of the treatment.

How long does a prosthesis last?+

With good hygiene and regular check-ups, fixed prosthetics often last fifteen years or more, while removable dentures usually require renewal every five to seven years.
